Scheduled onsite technician support service

CC Communications can provide scheduled onsite technician support service for schools that either do not have permanent onsite ICT support or for schools that require additional support services to complement their existing IT support function.

Managed Service Information

To give you full flexibility when accessing your scheduled onsite engineering visits we operate a token system, as part of your contract with us you are allocated a number of half day visit tokens per contract year. These tokens can be used to give you half or full day of engineering visits each week, or you can group them together if you have a specific requirement such as a new installation that requires a longer single period of support.

Additional tokens can be added if more onsite time is required during the contract period.

Our scheduled onsite technician service is provided by a team of experienced education ICT professionals that are fully DBS checked. Their gained knowledge of schools ICT provides a valuable resource for all of our customers.

We work closely with your teachers, support staff, students, ICT coordinators, internal technicians and ICT managers in addition to the school’s leadership team and other school consultants to assist you with reaching and exceeding your goals.
